Having owned and operated a leading IT firm in Los Angeles, Jayme brings a wealth of experience in all the key facets required to operate in high performance businesses. Her extensive studies in psychology and energy work assist her with intuitively understanding the existing work culture of clients and with finding candidates that are aligned with the style and needs of each company.
